Ingredients

  • 10 g Grilo Protein Super Greens & Cricket Powder
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 250 ml coconut water
  • 25 g baby spinach
  • toasted coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blitz until smooth, then serve over ice.
  • Add blueberries and toasted coconut flakes on top to garnish
