Healthy Berry Trifle

Summer berries in strawberry jelly dolloped with yoghurt and berry compote

Ingredients

Jelly Layer

  • 1 satchet Aeroplane Jelly Lite Strawberry
  • 100 g strawberries

Toppings

  • 100 g blueberries
  • 200 g YoPro- Strawberry flavour or substitute with any yoghurt of choice
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g strawberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the jelly according to packet instructions. Divide the jelly into two glasses, add 50g of strawberries to each glass and stir to ensure the strawberries are in an even layer
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set
  • Add a layer of blueberries
  • Dollop on the yoghurt
  • Mix the red fruits together and add these on top to form another layer
