Wake Up Matcha Chia Pudding
Matcha powder and vanilla whey soaked chia seeds, topped with greek yoghurt, blueberries and crunchy oat clusters

Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha (green tea) powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 160 ml water
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 170 g Greek yoghurt
- 140 g blueberries
- 40 g muesli or crunchy oat clusters
Instructions
- Combine the matcha powder, protein powder and water in a small container. Mix until the powders have dissolved. Add the chia seeds, stir them in and leave overnight in the fridge to soak
- In the morning, divide the chia mixture into two serving cups. Top with a layer of Greek Yoghurt, then a layer of blueberries. Sprinkle crunchy oat clusters or muesli over the top.
