Wake Up Matcha Chia Pudding

Matcha powder and vanilla whey soaked chia seeds, topped with greek yoghurt, blueberries and crunchy oat clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha (green tea) powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 160 ml water
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 170 g Greek yoghurt
  • 140 g blueberries
  • 40 g muesli or crunchy oat clusters

Instructions

  • Combine the matcha powder, protein powder and water in a small container. Mix until the powders have dissolved. Add the chia seeds, stir them in and leave overnight in the fridge to soak
  • In the morning, divide the chia mixture into two serving cups. Top with a layer of Greek Yoghurt, then a layer of blueberries. Sprinkle crunchy oat clusters or muesli over the top.
