- 1 roasted capsicum
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup slivered almonds- toasted
- 50 grams tomato paste
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar substitute with red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne powder
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor, blitz until smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
