Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Please note: return shipping fees need to be paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix this issue as quickly as possible.
