Dutch carrots roasted in spices with honey, a dollop of greek yoghurt and a generous scattering of dukkah.
Honey Roasted Carrots with Yoghurt & Dukkah
Sweet roasted Dutch Carrots drizzled with honey and topped with greek yoghurt and crunchy dukkah

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Dutch / baby carrots- scrubbed well
- 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 200 g greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp dukkah
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C fan-forced
- Scrub the carrots well, and trim the tops off, leaving about 2cm of the stalk on each carrot
- Combine the crushed coriander & cumin seeds with the olive oil, whisk together and toss the carrots in the oil. Season with salt & pepper, and roast for 15-20 minutes or until golden
- Assemble the carrots on a serving plate, then drizzle with honey
- Top with a dollop of greek yoghurt and sprinkle with dukkah. Drizzle with more extra-virgin olive oil if desired
